Service Package Options
Services Packages Offered by Pertexa MSO / NWMN / NWMG:
Model 1 – Comprehensive Model
Full subscription to services provided by NWMN – Sign up fee: $10,000 USD
- Up front sign up fee of minimum $2,500 USD by ELC or FMP on signing contract
- Optional staggered payment schedule offered for payment of remaining sign up fee at 1/3/6 or 12 month periods
- Includes comprehensive set up of all clinic needs, including Pertexa HCM Platform setup
- Does not include add-on services
- Payment forgiveness period: Service fee waived for the onboarding period (3-6 months)
- A recurring 9% Service Fee will be applied on Aggregate Reimbursement at the start of Phase II; once the clinic is established, or if 3-6 month Onboarding Period has lapsed.
- A recurring 9% monthly fee will be applied once every 2 weeks (fortnightly) based on individual ELC’s Aggregate Reimbursement starting during the beginning of Phase II. Beginning of Phase II is defined as day 1 of clinic establishment, or if 3-6 month Onboarding Period has lapsed. AR is calculated by NWMG-State Associate Director & accountant
- Optional review at Phase IIA (3 month)
- Financial review at Phase IIB (6 month
Model 2 – Pertexa Healthcare Management Platform Model
Partial subscription to services provided by NWMN – Sign up fee: $5000 USD
- Up front sign up fee of minimum $2,500 USD by ELC or FMP on signing
- Optional staggered payment schedule offered for payment of remaining sign up fee at 1 or 3 month periods
- Includes Pertexa HCM Platform setup, staff training and clinical integration
- A recurring 6% monthly fee will be applied once every 2 weeks (fortnightly) based on individual ELC’s Aggregate Reimbursement starting 2 weeks after the Pertexa HCM Platform has been integrated into the clinic. AR is calculated by NWMG-State Associate Director & accountant
Model 3 – Managerial Model
Full subscription to services provided by NWMN – Sign up fee: $7,500 USD
- Up front sign up fee of minimum $2,500 USD by ELC or FMP on signing
- Optional staggered payment schedule offered for payment of remaining sign up fee at 1/3/6 or 12 month periods
- Includes comprehensive set up of all clinic needs, except the Pertexa HCM Platform
- Does not include add-on services
